acromio = 肩峰的 名词为acromion
clavicular = 锁骨的，名词为 clavicula
两者连在一起为肩锁，即指肩峰和锁骨交界处的关节。
在《英汉大字典》肩锁没有单独给出的条目，总是以肩锁关节一起出现，所以这里也加上关节，也许肩锁整复就是肩锁关节整复的简称。
这里的整复有几个同义词可用：
Reparation
Restitution
restoration
都是可以的。
