You probably haven't got any more useful context, but correct me if I'm wrong :-)
I am guessing that this is the screw on the clamp that holds the saw in position on the table.
In that case I would call it a spændeskrue, but I am no specialist in this area and not a native speaker of Danish.
But my husband has a good collection of tools.
(L&H Engelsk Teknisk Ordbog has:
spændeskrue: clamp bolt, clamping bolt, clamping screw, tightening screw
