It is an abbreviation. If you look at my explanation, it is obvious. I know it's not EVG.

Ordinario is a kind of intensive course, done on top of the regular courses (usually in summer and winter), to advance your studies and shorten their time. So, for instance if they have to take 4 years, you could do them in 3.
