It's a gossip column talking about a string of insults that one person leveled against several other people at a party (Colombian dialect):

Hacía unos cuantos minutos se había ido de la reunion XXXX, cuando YYYYY, ante una nueva pregunta, lo resumió diciendo que “es una ge…”
