However, please bear in mind that there is approximately a three-month delay from when properties are sold to becoming officially registered with the Land Registry so it is unlikely that you will find sold prices of properties that have been sold very recently.
If you have found an error with the data please contact Her Majesty's Land Registry (HMLR).

The Land Registry Directory/Database , this is what I had in mind, to be more precise. Did not have the time to finish the idea. Now this service can be accessed on line.
This is where you can find a list of properties with their details ( prices, plans ) and companies offering different services.
If you have found an error with the data please contact Her Majesty's Land Registry (HMLR).

deci cam asa as traduce ..... by registering the property the legislator intended recording it with the committees created for the application of law 18/1991 ,which had been done in 1991, when the property certificates were issued and in no way filing it with the Land Registry ,--- sau----- entering them into the land registers

: OK, 'on the Land Registers'. In the UK, the land register is a printed section of a Land or (if a mortgage) Charge Certificate issued by the HMLR to the land/mortgage proprietor = chargee.
