Ley de infractores/delincuentes sin antecedentes


Explanation:
creo que el termino acusado es muy concreto desde el punto de vista juridico, mientras que infractor o delincuente es mas general pudiendo abarcar mas casos. Solo coloco antecedentes sin mas por hay varios tipos de antecedentes . policiales penales , etc . Pienso que al colocar penales estariamos agregando algo que no esta en el texto fuente. Considero que first offender es un termino general y la traduccion debe ser igual.

Alcaraz Varo da una explicacion para entender el termino, pero por cuestiones de estilo y tecnica me parece mas adecuada una opcion mas corta que pueda ser el nombre de una Ley en español, notandose menos la traduccion.
Aunque , repito ,la opcion de Michael no es incorrecta
