"Trasferire l'aggressività ad un oggetto "esterno" (l'estraneo) può anche essere visto come un tentativo di "evacuare" emozioni in un altro soggetto che sia maggiormente in grado di tollerarle. Tale tentativo di affrontare le emozioni conflittuali autonomamente si avvale della funzione proiettiva ed evacuativa del sogno, e al contempo può servire ai fini della elaborazione. Se l'elaborazione non riesce, il sognatore può essere costretto a compiere un ultimo tentativo : ricorrere al contenimento e all'elaborazione interpersonale per mezzo di un oggetto esterno "reale". In presenza di una situazione interpersonale favorevole (psicoterapia, amore, amicizia), questo tipo di dialogo in via di sviluppo potrebbe rappresentare la prossima opportunità evolutiva per permettere a tutti di affrontare le proprie difficoltà meglio."

The use of "evacuativa" is rather puzzling if not inappropriate in this context. Try and google it and won't come across texts dealing with the quality of a patient's discourse.
I'd stick to a number of terms and concepts pertaining to linguistics and speech analysis in this case which have been borrowed by psychiatrists and psycholinguisticians.
