Es un contrato para emitir partidos de fútbol por TV.
"The broadcaster undertakes: (i) to obtain the necessary consent for the use of any third party work or material used or provided by the Broadcaster as part of a Programme or otherwise in exercising its rights or fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement; and (ii) to arrange and pay for any music clearances which are necessary in the Territory and to pay any applicable ***commentary residuals***"
