Could it possibly be that the red indicators are indicators on a computer screen which is linked to a machine (sometimes called a paint oven) which heats painted objects at a certain (set) temperature to make the paint on them hard and shiny? The parts that have no paint on them could possibly be called paint blanks. My feeling is that the writer is not a native speaker of English, and may therefore be creating his own term. |

Sedang blank di sini adalah ruang kosong dari suatu benda misalnya dalam kalimat "paint blank mug" -> "Cat mug kosong" (mug yang belum diberi printing pada permukaannya).
