Dutch term
toedelingsakte

Law (general)
this appears in the acceptance terms of a mortgage lender:
toedelingsakte seems quite a rare term.

deed of partition

deed of apportionment, allotment, allocation or assignment
Juridisch Lexicon [Van den End/Gateway] renders toedeling as: apportionment, assignment, allotment, allocation. I'm not expert, but there are various web references for deed of apportionment, allotment etc. I get the impression that 'deed of apportionment' relates to divorce matters, wills etc. in particular, and that the remaining three options relate to real estate etc. 'Deed of assignment' gets by far the most hits on Google. In this context, I think 'deed of apportionment' would be the correct term, but I'm not sure about that.
