Try reading a few wine-tasting descriptions (available in great abundance). IMO they are riddled with clichés, and if you want to sound genuine (and aren't agile enough to devise something original but appropriate) you should follow suite.

Auftakt in Food and Wind means appetizer or appetizing so my guess is that the wine has a strong aroma.
