Authority Assignment Deed Explanation: Это будет только Deed или Instrument, поскольку к договорному праву (Contract Law) как к таковому это не относится. Этот как "Документ/акт об учреждении трастом". Основное различие между договором и таким документом - отсутствие в последнем встречного удовлетворения (consideration). Ведь полномочия передаются бесплатно, по административной указке, а не за деньги. Поэтому это никак не contract и не agreement. |
