Apart from the adoption of the programme and the agreement on follow-up actions, a central agenda item will be the discussion of the CIRIEC study and the convenience of organising a launch event. If we want it to be included in the memorandum for the Portuguese presidency the secretariat informs me that a decision should be taken on the 13th so there is enough time to follow it through the internal procedures. A tentative date for that event has already been booked (20th November). You may want to already pencil it down on your agendas.
