若买卖调整要求是关于大手交易之内部转拨或外拨，当「接收」的期货结算公司参与者于衍生产品结算及交收系统确认该宗买卖调整后，「过户」的一方须即时致电通知结算所有关之要求。已被「接收」的期货结算公司参与者确认的买卖调整要求，须于有关之大手交易在HKATS电子交易系统执行后的五分钟内送抵结算所。假若随后结算所或交易所因任何理由决定该大手交易无效﹝包括「过户」或「接收」的期货结算公司参与者未能于规定时间内交付于大手交易执行后三十分钟内追收的特别大手交易按金﹞，则该宗大手交易将不会于结算所登记或进行责务变更，而有关之买卖调整要求亦会遭结算所拒绝。
