jairo, la respuesta me fue dada por uno de mis hijos que asiste a la universidad. Chi es fraternidad o sororidad y clicking down es viajar con poco dinero (todos aportan un poco).

I'm giving myself a low confidence, because more context would be needed to sure that I'm on the right track. I'm guessing that Chi is the first letter of a fraternity or a sorority in college, typical of young people to abrreviate everything, since fraternities usually have three letters. As far as clicking, when you click with someone that means you get along with them. So my interpretation would be:
