Translational ?? - start, onset? Not sure what 'ansats' means, or certainly not how it should be expressed in terms of medicine.

Explanation:
I am not 100% sure, but I guess 'ansats' can be equivalent to 'approach', at least in some contexts. 'Translational approach' seems to be quite frequently used in texts referring to molecular biology/drug research.
