German to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Real Estate / Property valuation report / description of tenancy situation
German term or phrase: Rückmietquote
Another question in the same context - the term occurs in the section providing information about the tenancy situation/tenants of the subject property.

Relevant paragraph:

"Der Mieter ist {a German Federal State} mit einer Rückmietquote von 100 % und 0% Leerstand. Derzeit werden die Gebäude durch verschiedene Behörden {of this German Federal State} genutzt: ..."

I am suspecting that this is just a "leaseback ratio" but want to get reassurance.

Many thanks in advance for any qualified input.

completely (or 100%) leased-back
Explanation:
As far as I am aware there is no such term as "leaseback ratio" - 0 Googles. Therefore best to explain (as it might well have been in the original text ;-)

rate of renewed tenancy

Explanation:
http://72.14.253.104/search?q="rate of renewed tenancy" liefert nur einen Treffer und den aus China, aber auf ersten Blick auf gut Englisch; renewed tenancy/lease ratio/rate, ratio of renewed tenancy/lease ergaben keine Treffer
