I would like to tentatively propose "性能光锥图", as it occured to me that this may well refer to an illustration of the "cone of light" - with different powers and widths/diameters, there will be different "cones".

Mr. Liu, thanks for your patience and devotion. Please kindly note that "function" also carries the meaning of 应变量/函数, which seems to me more relevant in this context, as both "power" and "beam width" are variables. Yes, thank you for the link, we did check that and other similar links.

I don’t think “Performance cones” refers to numbers or “系数”. It refers to a function or method at most, as the author says. Though “Performance cones” may not refer to a lamp, the term does have something to do with “Performance cone lamps”. If you kindly open the PDF link I posted in my answer, you’ll enjoy a beautiful “cone of light” that has “the luminous intensity at the centre of the beam”.

Thanks. Well, the article is actually clarification of one term, "luminous lux". As it seems to me, the article is not talking about any lamp in specific. I am sorry that it was confusing - I said "we found places where this term refers to lamp" to mean that we found on internet the similar meaning as you found, but in the article in concern, it apparently is not of that meaning.

Thanks Mr.Liu. We also found places where this term refers to a kind of lamp. But in this context, the author says it is a "function", "value", "diameter", which all refer to number, instead of lamp.

Please also see the following sentence where "cone" is mentioned at the only other place of the article.

"A beam is generally characterized by the luminous intensity at the centre of the beam and the half beam width, which is generally presented as a cone of light."

Also, the English text might not be very reliable, as we found express mistakes in some other places.
