Doppelstreckbogen Explanation: Im Gegensatz zu Martina trinke ich zwar Wein:-), aber ich mußte mich doch auch erst mal kundig machen. Ich bin über eine frühere Frage: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/631622 auf Doppelstreckbogen gestoßen und fand dies bei meinen Recherchen auch für Deinen Fall bestätigt. Das "alla Guyot" versteht sich scheinbar von selbst und ist anscheinend ein Pleonasmus.
