leaflets, flyers Explanation: If DGH is Den Grafiske Højskole (the Graphic Arts Institute of Denmark in English) -- then 'en flyver' could just be the same as 'et flyveblad' or a flyer, i.e. information leaflets for AOF. Maybe not a full-time occupation, but there could be quite a lot of leaflets and this might be the most relevant part of the person's previous occupation. I'm not too sure of this because I'm no expert, but would expect people in the business to know how to spell 'flyer' and use the English word. However, ordbogen.com does give flyer as an English translation of 'flyveblad' and people who think more in graphics than letters and words just might cross the two. |
