disagree  Alan Tolerton: What is the connection? "Proprietary rights" are "droits de propriété" or "droits patrimoniaux"; they concern OWNERSHIP, rather than use. Are you guessing here? or have you ever seen a correlation btn "non-prop" and "non-exclusive"?
