Surfactants, proline, collagen

IT is better to use them as they are.
Note from asker:

"पृष्ट सक्रिय पदार्थ, एमिनो आम्ल, कोलैजेन"

These are the alternatives for the above terms.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Pundora : पृष्ट सक्रिय पदार्थ is fine for sufactant but proline is one of 20 amino acids as per biology-online.org.

पृष्ठीय-सक्रियता कर्मक, प्रोलीन, कॉलेजन

Only the first term translated would sound understandable, the other two we can just transliterate as there are countless terms in science and technology particularly, which are are not translated in Hindi and we use them as in English.

In answer to your question:

पृष्ठ सक्रियन is the process
पृष्ठ सक्रियक is the agent that brings about this process.

In this sense both terms are nouns, one is the name of the process, the other is the name of the agent.
Note from asker:
Dear Sir, सक्रियक is better than सक्रियण as it is a noun and not a verb. What do you say? Kindly let me know.
Peer comment(s):

agree आनंद : पृष्‍ठ संक्रियक is appropriate in my opinion. This term is commonly used in oil based chemicals as mixture to increase surface contact with plant during spray.
