Hide or show a toolbar

Technically, there is nothing exactly wrong with saying "visible" and "non-visible", but it doesn't sound like what a native English speaker would write.

See revised version:
Hide or show toolbars

To quickly hide or show toolbars without activating the Customization dialog, do the following:

1. Right-click any space in the toolbar area
- The following context menu will appear:
/picture/

2. Click the desired option

-If the toolbar was hidden (unchecked in the list) it will be shown
-If the toolbar was shown (checked in the list) it will be hidden

Note added at 10 mins (2006-07-25 17:21:14 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------

It would also be good to add commas after the parentheses in Step 2:

-If the toolbar was hidden (unchecked in the list), it will be shown
-If the toolbar was shown (checked in the list), it will be hidden
