Set a toolbar a visible or non-visible
To quickly set a toolbar visible or non-visible without activating the Customization dialog, do the following:
1. Right-click any space in the toolbar area
- The following context menu will appear:
/picture/
2. Click the desired option
-If the toolbar was non-visible (unchecked in the list) it will become visible
-If the toolbar was visible (checked in the list) it will become non-visible

Hide or show a toolbar
Technically, there is nothing exactly wrong with saying "visible" and "non-visible", but it doesn't sound like what a native English speaker would write.
See revised version:
Hide or show toolbars
To quickly hide or show toolbars without activating the Customization dialog, do the following:
1. Right-click any space in the toolbar area
- The following context menu will appear:

2. Click the desired option
-If the toolbar was hidden (unchecked in the list) it will be shown
-If the toolbar was shown (checked in the list) it will be hidden
