Before everyone jumps up and tells me that воскуривать is an infinitive and not the future tense, this is what I'm thinking: one way of indicating the older form of language being used would be to recast the entire sentence as something like:

"Whoever shall burn the incense without one of these ingredients, he shall be killed."

Try finding the citation for your sentence, and then someone can look it up in an old English-language bible and find an archaic form.

Nu blin, there is no exact Scriptural quote, either Biblical or Talmudic. The Bible talks about burning the incense, and the Talmud talks about the death penalty for formulating it improperly (implying it would be burned in an improper form).
