Over the next three years we expect continued ***inward yield movement*** in the majority of markets across Europe leading to total returns in the Eurozone of around 8% to 11% pa.

The yield will move lower

As the value of property rises due to demand (Previous question) the yield will continue to fall. The interest payments as a percentage of the rising market value of property will be lower.

Como mencioné en otra respuesta, hay que ver con qué parámetro compara el informe y así confirmar si esta interpretación, que coincide con la versión "diccionario", es la correcta.-

I think like your previous one that they are referring to the increasing trend or increasing yield return.
