“Expectation Area, Technical Knowledge: Effectively learns and applies business specific technology, embraces new technology & processes, demonstrates proficiency in all applicable systems and defined process steps, learns technical things quickly and can apply knowledge in a relevant and timely manner. Provides feedback on enhancing the Company’s systems and defined best practices.”

The English text uses the verbs at the 3rd person singular (learns, applies, embraces, etc.).
In your opinion, should I use the same form (apprend, appliqué, adopte, etc.) or it will sound better in French at the infinitive form (apprendre, appliqué, adopter, etc.)?

Explanation:
J'aurais tendance à utiliser la troisième personne puisqu'il s'agit de la description d'un profil de personne. C'est tout de même plus agréable à lire et plus facile à saisir, sans diminuer le (éventuel) caractère officiel. En tant que psychologue, outes les descriptions de personnalité, de caractéristiques, etc. que j'ai pu lire sont à la troisième personne...
