No bo nie da się tak napisać "Wyrażanie się/Mowa/Akcentowanie oznacza wpływ społeczności i kultury na zrozumienie i procesy myślowe jej członków" aby miało to sens...

Z szerszego kontekstu wynika, chodzi o poziom znaczeniowy (przykład pokazuje różne rozumienie słowa respect). A dalej: The Hispanic children had not adopted an Anglo-like voice when speaking English or defining English words. This, of course, is contrary to the way humans learn. Their use of English appeared to be an extension of the Hispanic voice they had already established.
Na razie dałem "głos kulturowy". Baj de uej: trochę dziwne to kontrary, prawda? Napisałem "byłoby to sprzeczne". Co sądzicie?
