embroidery design Explanation: Literally, it is a frieze to embroider and not a border to embroider. It is the stitching to hold the smocking gathers in place and it does not have to be on the borders. frieze - 2: a sculptured or richly ornamented band (as on a building) 3: a band, line or series suggesting a frieze (Webster's) 4. Thread the machine with the selected embroidery thread. Insert EnVision card #8 into the machine. Select Pattern #2, the balloons. Or select a design to coordinate with your choice of dress fabric...
