condominium declaration Explanation: One of my hats for a short while: I was President of my condo board. Whatever else this document may be called in the US or the UK, the phrase "condominium declaration" refers to a specific legal document drawn up at the the time the condo development is created. Bylaws govern operations of the condo association. The condo declaration in our case covered some stuff about the location of the development, the founding of the body, and various required legalese. |
