English term
poison
English to German

fan assembly
Aus der Montageanleitung eines Tischventilators:
"Adjust the *poisons* of the grille retaining clips to ensure they are engaged correctly on the rim."

Hello,
This is my best guess but ask the customer. They tryed to type "position", the spell-checker interpreted it and "poison" is the rather strange result.

: Would be my guess, too. I have those on the fan in the office and, if you remove them to clean the grille, they are a pain in the neck to get right without breaking them!

: I think so as well. It looks like a spelling mistake and the term position makes sense in this context.

Vielen Dank an alle."
