Also only a guess. A copy lathe is used for repeat production of a number of identical parts, based on a master part that is reproduced by 'tracing' its outline using some sort of mechanical or electromechical system.
As 'Manteldrehmaschine' gets no google hits, it would be a good idea to ask the client what it means.
