Same judgment of divorce from Uruguay.

Here's the context:

"... que en los últimos años su matrimonio ha sufrido notorio deterioro produciéndose entre los cónyuges riñas y disputas graves y continuas que impidieron la prosecución de su vida en común, y que de tal matrimonio hubo tres hijos que actualmente son menores de edad. ***Denunció su prueba, fundó su derecho y solicitó en definitiva*** se declarase disuelto por divorcio su matrimonio con el demandado.

In his Spanish-English Dictionary of Law & Business, Thomas L. West translates "fundo mi derecho en" as,
"the right to which I am entitled arises from".
