It does not actually matter whether the question ahd been posted or not. 1/ This the right and privilge of the member to ask it and 2/ quite often the answers provided are far from being really correct :-))

Here I see some altrenatives :-)) with an answer:
1/ if in your context "alternate care" is used in an oppostion, say, to hospital treatment - it can be (as it was suggested my Mr. Vdovin, "med.uhod na domu". Example (I provide my life experience example :-): I had a surgery at the hospital, next morning I took a taxi, went home and then - as a part of a medical care - a nurse was attending me every day for several weeks - you can call thie care "alternative" to that I got back in Ukraine for the same surgery, but staying two weeks at the hospital.

2/ with other suggestion: "al'ternativnie metodi lechenia" (there is also "alternaTIVE care" - it may fit but with different context, as "alternativnoe lechenie" often implies "non-traditional approach" (healers, massages, etc.).

3/ considering your context [ ...the five alternate care setup defaults are the same as the basic hospital configuration settings ..]i'd suggest something simple, like:

"5 variantov medobsluzhivania, ne imejuschih printsipial'nih razlichij s obsluzhivaniem v bolnitse [or even "s bolnichnim statsionarom"], za isklucheniem nizheperechislennih.. bla-bla" - it can be not only "na domu", but in some private facility, walk-in clinic, even research centre...
