береговой уступ slope of the (river) bluff/slope of the river bank Explanation: Google definition of bluff: a high steep bank (usually formed by river erosion). I would go with this instead of ledge or cliff. But this word only works if уступ is always high and steep (like a ledge or cliff). Multitran also gives "bank", and "slope of the river bank" might work best of all. |
