same thing here, my translator didn't find any reference regarding these 3 words and lefts them in swedish in the following sentence:

Was given an indwelling cather, which was removed on 17/9. Urination NAD.
(pulls is presumably an attempt to translate dras (i.e. KAD dras 17/9 can only be translated as "the catheter was removed on.."
