Entiendo que lo que te ha confundido es la construcción de la frase inglesa, un poco rebuscada. Quiere decir simplemente esto.

Aquí la principal duda puede estribar en el uso de "célula" o "celda". En mi opinión es más correcto "célula". Algunos URLs de ejemplo:
