English term

RISK OF SEVERE DAMAGE. No synchro! Stop FULLY before engaging 1st OR Reverse!!

Non-PRO English to French Tech/Engineering Automotive / Cars & Trucks shipping, logistics
I am shipping a Fiat 126p through Zeebrugge to the US. It is not exactly your typical SUV, so I am doing my best to assure its new transmission is not damaged, by including a note of warning inside the car to anyone who has to drive it to move it in transit.

I would like it ultimately in English, Polish, Flemish and French. Maybe German, I'm not sure. Since they move these cars very quickly. the note must be as brief yet easily understandable at a quick glance as possible.

If the translation is evem shorter than English - perfect.

A few words of clarification, since the English is also abbreviated.

"RISK OF SEVERE DAMAGE." = Warning to catch attention.

"No synchro!" = No synchromesh or synchronizers are present (to prevent the gear from grinding).

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR SUGGESTIONS.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Great explanation. I especially liked your choice of "Aucun" for brevity. The second part of JCEC's with peer comments was a bit clearer. I ended up choosing this one because it fit the pattern of the other langauges a bit better. Both answers were excellent and very helpful. The Fiat is currently on its way from Gdynia to Zeebrugge. Perhaps this text, which is plastered about the car will save my newly-installed transmission. :o THANK YOU BOTH. Respectfully, Jed D."

ATTENTION: Vitesses non synchronisées. ...

Véhicule doit impérativement être à l'ARRET avant de passer (la) 1ère ou (la) marche arière.

I know I have left the 'risk of damage' bit out but the sort of people who will drive this should be aware that getting it wrong is dangerous.

I prefer to catch there attention by starting with "ATTENTION"

marche arrière - sorry there was a typo; My keyboard tends to stick when a letter is repeated.

also the (la) in brackets shows that you can delete these words if you want to be even shorter...
