neutral  Jose Vidigal: Paulo, o Código Civil de 2002 aboliu o registro em cartório dos contratos sociais. Todos os documentos de constituição devem ser registrados agora na Junta Comercial.

agree  Marie Gomes: acho que também está correcto. Todavia usaria a sugestão da Doris: Atos constitutivos. E Paulo, alguns contratos ainda podem ser registrados pelo cartório (uma sociedade civil por ex.). Todavia, no caso em tela, trata-se de registro na Junta Comercial.

  -> Na Lei, fala-se que devem ser arquivados no Registro do Comércio os documentos de constituição... Eu prefiro utilizar o termo da Lei... Isso é coisa de advogado, sabe como é... :)
agree  rhandler: E com razão, pois pode ser o Contrato Social (sociedade limitada) ou o Estatuto (sociedade anônima). Sua sugestão é a mais correta.
