To help reduce waiting time, Southwest Airlines now allows passengers to check in and pick up a boarding pass beginning at 90 minutes before departure time at three locations:

Departure gate
Note: Beginning at 20 minutes before departure time, boarding passes will be available only at the departure gate. Standby customers must pick up boarding passes at the departure gate.

The new boarding pass is a paper document. When you prepare to board the plane, an agent will check your boarding pass and return a portion to you. Keep this portion of the pass as proof of boarding."

As far as I know, what is left after a ticket is used, is the ticket stub.

It could also be the copy or original, depending on which one is used and which one stays with the customer. Another possibility is the template.

I think a direct translation is not required here, depending on the context of course, which was not given. If it is for general information for passangers then I would trnslate it as:

It's the little folder with the boarding pass and the actual ticket in it. Once the boarding pass has been torn and the ticket taken, you are left with a ticket stub in the ticket folder.
