Chinese term

臣 + 责

Chinese to English Other Art, Arts & Crafts, Painting
How do you pronounce this character? It consists of "chen" to the left, and "ze" to the right. Please provide standard mainland China pinyin and tone.

And what does it mean?

Please note you may need to switch your software to read Japanese standard Kanji, as my Richwin seems to be malfunctioning.

Many thanks!
