If your uncoiler includes the Recoiler option, the first station is designated as the recoiling station recoiler and may be used with any slitter and tension stand.

The Tension Adjust pressure adjustment allows the operator to easily adjust the back tension at the uncoiler during operation.

Slowly lower the uncoiler shaft assembly into the desired station.

The recoiler uses an ultrasonic sensor and hydraulic proportional valve to maintain the loop between the slitter and tension stand, which in turn controls the speed of the recoiler.

Place the Recoiler in Auto and once the loop control sensor detects the correct amount of loop, the control will shut off the Recoiler.
