"زاد الطبق نغمة" I think it's a proverb...
does it have the same meaning as "زاد الطين بلة"
does it have the same meaning as "زاد الطين بلة"

I think it could be introduced as a modern parable to the propverb you cited. Increased the melodiousness of the disk" as in phonographic or CD disc.

AS far as I can tell الطنبق is the sound of an object falling on something, like a head for example see this link:

That is the only place the word could be found. When you get there use the CTRL + F and then look up the word in the text, you will find it twice, implying a sound of fruits hitting some spectators\' heads.
