قد تكون نسبة إلى المدرسة النورية و هي إحدى دور الحديث.
I'll uggest transliteration in either cases as it's a name anyway.
You should really ask you client about it and let us know!

Oh and about transliteration, you may say: Alnawrawya writing, or Alnorwya writing, or if it\'s a typo as I assume then it\'ll be Alnoorya, Alnourya or even Alnawrya :-)

Nourawi script
I found several websites referrting to place in in Iran or several Persian newspapers with the name. Apparently it is some kind of Persian script from the region of the same name.

I tried to find it in قاموس المنجد but I couldn\'t find anything.
But I did find that there is a tiny country in the South Pacific where they speak نوروي. Check this website out:
http://www.cirs-tm.org/Pays/paysAR.php?nom=Nauru.
Nourawi is also a common proper name in Iran also.

It is a language in the context of the little country, because in a search page (http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?FORM=MSNH&srch_type=0&q=ا... I found this:
اللغات في دول العالم
... 32% النرويج : النرويجية النمسا : الألمانية نورو : النوروية (الرسمية)، الانجليزية نيبال: النيبالية النيجر: الفرنسية ...
www.malomat.net/bank/countries/languages.htm
Not too many people speak it (around 12,000), but it is still a spoken and official language in (get this) the Repulic of Naurau.
