Lo de \"standing\" es que aún perdura (en la mente de las personas), o sea que aún sigue teniendo vigencia.

Con el perdón de Marybro, ambos adjetivos, \"greatest\" y \"standing\" modifican a \"miracle\".

Para que fuera \"el período de mayor duración\", hubiera dicho \"longest standing\".

\"The greatest standing miracle in the world\" se refiere a que la Biblia en sí es el mayor milagro que aún sigue vigente, aún perdura, de todos los tiempos (me gusta esa sugerencia de Oso).
