lock up stage...

Well, in a construction, the first stage is the foundation stage, when construction begins and the structural part goes on (Obra negra)... the second one is the lock up stage, where the framing and roof comes on and doors and windows are installed, then you can "lock up" the house (Obra gris) and the final, where all the finishings come, such as tiles, tubs, sinks and otheres come to finish the house...
