Lisbonne, capitale d'un pays dit aux "moeurs suaves". Le Portugal possède une loi restrictive en ce qui concerne l'avortement.

Il me semble que c'est une expression péjorative. Mais je n'en suis pas sure. Pourriez-vous m'aider? Merci.
