lit.: Welcome to our dear visitors

2. An alternative expression (sometimes posted on entrance signs when visitors are entering a city):

(Ism al-medina) turaahib bizuwaar'haa al-keraam

lit.: (City name) greets its esteemed/dear visitors

3. Ahalan wa sahalan bikum fii (medinat XXX)

Welcome to you (plural/formal) in the (city of XXX)

These seem to be standard forms displayed in the Arabian Gulf countries.

If you want to be more specific you may had "to" and then then place or name of the company. So, say visitors are received at the airport in Bahrain, you could say:
"ahlan wa sahlan fi bahrain"
