Get a hold of your state representatives! Tuesday is a big day for translators and interpreters in the healthcare field within the state of TEXAS. The Public Health Committee will be voting on HOUSEBILL 1341. HB1341 is a bill in conjunction with several other bills that will define the role of healthcare translator or interpreter. This is a good thing on so many different levels for the healthcare community!
