Amennyiben az a szándékuk, hogy az Önök által fejlesztendő épülettel, mint lehetséges banki székházzal az elkövetkező időszakban is komolyan számoljunk, kérjük, hogy ajánlatukat az eredeti kiírásunknak megfelelően egészítsék ki, és nyújtsák be azt szeptember 5-ig. Azért, hogy ezt esetleges félreértések nélkül megtehessék, levelünkhöz mellékeljük a dokumentáció átnézése során készített hiánylistánkat. Újból szeretnénk felhívni a figyelmüket arra is, hogy az eredeti felhívásunk szerint a projekt nyelve magyar, tehát nem elfogadható számunkra, hogy a dokumentációjukat csak angol nyelven nyújtják be.
Translation - English Upon the first examination of the documentation we concluded that, as in its present condition, it is not suitable for assessment and competition with other bids. Provided that you intend us to take into consideration the developing of the building into a possible bank headquarters by your company in the forthcoming period, we request that you complete your tender in accordance with our original specifications and submit it by September 5. In order that you do so without any accidental misunderstandings, we enclose the list of insufficiencies we found upon examining your documentation. Again, we would like to call it to your attention that, according to our original request, the language of the project is Hungarian and therefore it is not acceptable for us that you submit the tender only in English.

Vállalja, hogy a támogatás összegét a jelen megállapodás aláírásával egy időben a Kedvezményezettnek készpénzben kifizeti. Jelen szerződés aláírásával a Kedvezményezett egyben a fenti összeg átvételét is elismeri.

Source text - English A Mosoly Alapítványt 1996-ban hoztuk létre azzal a céllal, hogy elősegítsük a krónikusan vagy súlyosan beteg, fogyatékkal-, illetve nehéz szociális körülmények között élő gyermekek lelki gyógyulását. Mosolyterápia néven élményterápiás programokat, művészetterápiás és alkotó foglalkozásokat szervezünk számukra, vagy támogatunk hasonló célt szolgáló más kezdeményezéseket. Gyógyító munkánkban a művészet és a pszichológia eszköztárának összekapcsolását használjuk fel, amely jelentősen hozzájárulhat lelkük gyógyulásához és fejlődéséhez. Mivel a gyerekek problémája az egész család életére kihat, igyekszünk a család többi tagját is bevonni programjainkba.
Célunk, hogy a programjainkon szerzett tapasztalatok segítségével minél több boldogságot, örömet és szeretetet élhessenek meg a gyerekek, még akkor is, ha nehéz helyzetekkel és körülményekkel kell nap, mint nap szembenézniük. Megtanulják elfogadni, értékelni, szeretni önmagukat, és a környezetükben élőket egyaránt.
Translation - Hungarian We established Smile Foundation in 1996 with the intention of contributing to the mental healing of seriously or chronically ill children, and of those with disabilities or from deprived social backgrounds. With the treatment named ‘smile therapy’ we organize experience-therapy programs, art therapeutic and creative activities, and we support other initiations with similar purpose. In our effort to aid healing, we employ the connecting of the means of arts and psychology, which can significantly contribute towards children’s spiritual recovery and development. Since the problems of these children affect their entire family, we endeavor to involve family members in participating in our programs.
Our aim is, with the help of skills acquired from our programs, to have children experience more happiness, joy and affection, even though they have to face difficult circumstances and conditions day by day. They learn to accept, value and love themselves and those living within their environment as well.
