I have a Master's Degree in "Languages, Cultures, Communication” (final grade: 110/110, main subject: Translation) and further training in the fields of Translation and CAT-Tools, including a traineeship in a successful translation company. I am native Italian and I have a near native level in English, German and Spanish. I lived, studied and worked in Germany (Stuttgart, Leipzig) and Spain (Madrid). My translating experience includes Food, Tourism/Travel and Websites, but at university I also translated children’s literature, which I enjoy particularly because of the challenges of wordplay, rhyme, interaction of words/pictures and witty character names. Since translating is what I love and what I’m best at, some years ago I decided to start working as a Freelance. I am reliable, accurate, punctual and, if needed, proactive and creative.
